AviGlobe Epoxy Wall Coating

AviGlobe Epoxy Wall Coating is a high-performance, extremely durable 2-component epoxy wall coating, specially selected for professional bird and animal facilities, breeding environments, veterinary practices and other areas where hygiene, durability and ease of cleaning are essential.

The coating forms a hard, seamless protective layer on walls made of cement, render, plaster, concrete, wood (including concrete plywood), metal and other suitable substrates.

Once cured, it provides a smooth, professional surface with excellent resistance to moisture, wear and chemicals. The coated surface is water-repellent, extremely durable and easy to clean, including with a pressure washer where appropriate.

AviGlobe Epoxy Wall Coating is particularly suitable for aviaries, bird breeding facilities, quarantine areas, hand-rearing rooms, veterinary environments, feed preparation areas, animal enclosures and technical or workspaces.

Average Coverage

Approx. 0.3 kg/m², depending on the condition, porosity and structure of the substrate.

Colours

The standard stock colour is RAL 7001 Silver Grey.

Other RAL colours are available upon request. Special colours are custom-produced and are subject to a minimum order quantity and additional production lead time.

When ordering a special colour, select ‘Other Colour’ and enter the required RAL colour number in the order notes.

Important Before Application

For optimum adhesion and a durable professional finish, correct substrate preparation is essential.

AviGlobe Epoxy Wall Coating should normally be used in combination with a suitable primer. On dense, non-porous substrates such as concrete plywood, a primer may not be required. These surfaces should always be thoroughly cleaned, degreased and sanded before application.
